GRAPE and BRIE
mozzarella, brie, caramelized yellow onions, red grapes, pine nuts, rosemary

TASSO
mozzarella, fontina, house smoked dry rubbed ham, sauteed greens, roasted red onions

BLUE ROOM
mozzarella, Gorgonzola,  marinated mushrooms, fresh tomatoes

ORANGE and WATERCRESS salad
with red onions and a mint vinaigrette

also...
spicy pickled cauliflower, Moroccan pickled beets, and a marinated olive plate!
