The 10% Tuesday recipient for the month of February is Schoolyard Farms. 
Schoolyard Farms creates healthier communities by teaching kids how to grow nutritious food that goes from their schoolyard to their plate.  We provide weekly garden-based lessons and Summer Farm Camp to 1st-6th graders at our one-acre pilot farm, located at Candy Lane Elementary, and circle the food back to the cafeteria, CSA members and Head Start.  Schoolyard Farms is working toward a vision of a farm on every schoolyard.
