ZUCCHINI
mozzarella, smoked mozzarella, thinly sliced red onions, green and gold zucchini, basil, sun dried tomatoes

TOSCANO
mozzarella, blue cheese, Toscano salami, fresh tomatoes

when the TOSCANO is gone, we'll switch over to the:

FINOCCHIONA
mozzarella, fontina, thinly sliced red onions, finocchiona salami, pickled fennel

SALAD
fresh cherries, goat cheese, and toasted hazelnuts on a bed of mixed greens tossed in a lemon-cherry vinaigrette
