mozzarella, feta, marinated leeks, roasted red
peppers

mozzarella, fontina, thinly sliced red onions,
pickled fennel, finocchiona salami

till gone then...

TAPENADE
mozzarella, fontina, thinly sliced red onions,
house-made green olive and sun dried tomato
roasted red pepper tapenade

POTATO PANCETTA
mozzarella, smoked mozzarella, thinly sliced
potatoes, house cured italian bacon, fresh
rosemary, tomato sauce


SALAD
english cucumber, diced red onion and feta cheese
tossed in a mint tarragon vinaigrette on a bed of
mixed greens
