TAPENADE
mozzarella, fontina, thinly sliced red onions, house-made green olive and sun dried tomato roasted pepper tapenade

TOSCANO (til it's gone...)
mozzarella, blue cheese, Toscano salami, tomatoes

(when the Toscano runs out, we'll switch to the...) BRESOALA
mozzarella, provolone, sauteed mushrooms, thinly sliced red onions, air-cured beef

SALAD
shaved parsnips, golden raisins, ricotta salata and breadcrumbs on a bed of arugula in a sherry marmalade vinaigrette
