TOSCANO

BLUE ROOM (until it's gone)

then we'll start the POBLANO
mozzarella, queso fresco, fire-roasted poblano peppers, sauteed mushroooms, tapatio

SALAD
fennel and oranges on a bed of arugula in an orange-mint vinaigrette with ricotta salata, olives, and pine nuts
