mozzarella, blue cheese, Toscano salami, fresh tomatoes

POTATO PANCETTA
mozzarella, smoked mozzarella, thinly sliced potatoes, house cured Italian bacon, fresh rosemary, tomato sauce

POBLANO
mozzarella, queso fresco, fire-roasted poblanopeppers, sautéed mushrooms, tapatio

till gone then.....

CARAMELIZED ONION
mozzarella, blue cheese, caramelized yellow onions, & fresh thyme

salad:
fennel and orange on a bed of arugula tossed
in an orange-mint vinaigrette with ricotta salata,
olives, and pine nuts
