mozzarella, fire roasted poblano peppers, sautéed
mushrooms, queso fresco, tapatio

POTATO PANCETTA
mozzarella, smoked mozzarella, thinly sliced
potatoes, house cured Italian bacon, fresh
rosemary, tomato sauce


SALAD:
iceberg wedge with house-made blue cheese
dressing, smoked almonds and pickled onions
