TASSO
mozzaella, fontina, house-made spice-rubbed
smoked ham, sauteed greens, marinated
roasted red onions

PRIMAVERA
mozzarella, fontina, thinly sliced red onion,
green olives, capers, fresh tomatoes, basil

the B.E.A.T.
mozzarella, fontina, house-cured maple bacon,
arugula, hard boiled egg and fresh tomatoes
   

SALAD

roasted cauliflower, roasted red peppers, and
hard boiled egg on a bed of mixed greens in a
tarragon dressing
