mozzarella, fontina, domestic, shiitake and porcini mushrooms, basil, sun dried tomatoes

when WILD MUSHROOM is gone, we'll switch to;

ROASTED OLIVE
mozzarella, French Feta, Italian roasted olives, marinated roasted tomatoes
