COPPA
mozzarella, provolone, italian ham, green olives

LEEK
mozzarella, feta, marinated leeks, roasted red peppers

till gone then:

GRAPE AND BRIE
mozzarella, brie, pine nuts, caramelized yellow
onions, red grapes, fresh rosemary


SALAD
sliced zucchini on a bed of arugula in a rosemary
vinaigrette with goat cheese, dried cranberries and pine nuts
