mozzarella, provolone, whole roasted garlic cloves, tomato sauce

TOSCANO
mozzarella, blue cheese, Toscano salami, fresh tomatoes

till gone then....

SOPRASATTA
mozzarella, fontina, soprasatta salami, sweet & spicy pickled red pepper,
thinly sliced red onion

SALAD
roasted cauliflower, roasted red pepper and hard boiled egg in a tarragon-caper dressing over mixed greens
