mozzarella, provolone, whole roasted garlic cloves, tomato sauce

COPPA
mozzarella, provolone, Italian ham, green olives

till gone then:

TOSCANO
mozzarella, blue cheese, Toscano salami, fresh tomatoes

SALAD
roasted cauliflower, roasted red pepper and hard boiled egg in a tarragon-caper dressing over mixed greens
