(until it runs out, and then we will go on to the Toscano)
 
TOSCANO
mozzarella, blue cheese, Toscano salami, fresh tomatoes

PRIMAVERA
mozzarella, fontina, thinly sliced red onions, green olives, capers, basil, fresh tomatoes




SALAD
roasted carrots with goat cheese on a bed of arugula with a tarragon vinaigrette
