SUMMER SQUASH (for just a small while)
mozzarella, smoked mozzarella, thinly sliced red onion, green and gold zucchini, basil, sun dried tomatoes

mozzarella, fontina, thinly sliced red onions, thinly sliced heirloom tomatoes, green olives, capers, chili flakes, basil

mozzarella, blue cheese, fried chicken, buffalo sauce, celery, onion

fresh cherries, Briar Rose goat cheese and toasted hazelnuts on a bed of greens tossed in a cherry vinaigrette
