BLUE ROOM (while it lasts)

when the BLUE ROOM is gone we'll move on to the:

SUMMER SQUASH
mozzarella, smoked mozzarella, thinly sliced red onion, green and gold zucchini, basil, sun dried tomatoes 

SPICY SAUSAGE (for just a little while)
mozzarella, house-made fennel sausage, tomato sauce, capers, pickled red bell peppers, ricotta, chili flakes

when the SPICY SAUSAGE is all gone we'll move on to the:

FINOCCHIONA
mozzarella, fontina, thinly sliced red onions, finocchiona salami, pickled fennel, chili flakes, parmesan

fresh cherries, Briar Rose goat cheese and toasted hazelnuts on a bed of greens tossed in a cherry vinaigrette
