LEEK
mozzarella, feta, marinated leeks and roasted red peppers

SOPRASSATA
mozzarella, fontina, soprassata salami, sweet and spicy pickled
red peppers and thinly sliced red onion

till gone then:

HAM and PEAR
mozzarella, fontina, poached pears, house-cured canadian bacon style ham, caramelized yellow onions, fresh thyme


SALAD SPECIAL:
Roasted rainbow carrot salad w/ arugula, goat cheese and a tarragon
vinaigrette dreesing
