GREEK
mozzarella, feta cheese, roasted red peppers,
kalamata olives, fresh rosemary

FIG PANCETTA
mozzarella, blue cheese, fresh fig jam, Italian
bacon, fresh greens
...til it's gone, then:

FINOCCHIONA
mozzarella, fontina, pickled fennel, finocchiona
salami, thinly sliced red onions

SALAD
roasted carrots and goat cheese on a bed of arugula
with a tarragon vinaigrette
