the BRAT and BRAISED
mozzarella, Cabot cheddar, braised cabbage, house made stone ground mustard, house made German sausage... it's a first, and it's really good.

CARAMELIZED ONION
mozzarella, blue cheese, caramelized yellow onions, fresh thyme

ROASTED CARROT salad
with goat cheese on a bed of arugula with tarragon vinaigrette
