COPPA
mozzarella, provolone, italian coppa ham, green olives

GREEK
mozzarella, feta cheese, roasted red peppers, kalamata olives, fresh rosemary

LAMB
mozzarella, french feta, pickled red onions, house-made mint orange lamb sausage, fresh tomatoes, fresh parsley

SALADS:

Roasted cauliflower and red bell peppers, with hard boiled egg in a lemon tarragon dressing on a bed of greens

Heirloom tomatoes and feta cheese dressed with a parsley-malt vinaigrette topped with house made bread crumbs
