the BRESAOLA
mozzarella, provolone, thinly sliced red onion, sauteed mushrooms, air-cured beef

SALAD
chopped cucumber, diced red onion and feta cheese on a bed of greens with a mint tarragon vinaigrette, on a bed of greens
