LEEK, CARROT SALAD



LEEK
mozzarella, feta, marinated leeks, roasted
red peppers

WILD MUSHROOM
mozzarella, fontina, domestic, shiitake, and
porcini mushrooms, basil, sun dried tomatoes

ANDOUILLE
mozzarella, smoked mozzarella, spicy Cajun
sausage, scallions, tomato sauce

CARROT SALAD
Roasted carrots with goat cheese on a bed
of arugula with tarragon vinaigrette
