HAM, FIG PANCETTA, GRAPE and BRIE


HAM
mozzarella, ricotta, house cured and smoked (nitrate free) ham, sun dried tomatoes, fresh tomatoes

FIG PANCETTA
mozzarella, blue cheese, fresh fig jam, house cured Italian bacon, greens

GRAPE and BRIE
mozzarella, brie, pine nuts, caramelized yellow
onions, red grapes

and CARROT SALAD with GOAT CHEESE!
