GOAT CHEESE
mozzarella, goat cheese, marinated green peppers,
fresh rosemary, marinated roasted tomatoes

WILD MUSHROOM
mozzarella, fontina, domestic, shiitake, and
porcini mushrooms, basil, sun dried tomatoes

TASSO HAM
mozzarella, fontina, house spice-rubbed hot smoked ham, sautéed greens, marinated roasted red onions

and
CARROT and CELERIAC
shredded with tarragon, parsley, and a shallot-Dijon dressing
